Hoya 67mm Pro1 Digital Protector Filter

A Hoya 67mm Pro1 Digital Protector Filter is a threaded filter that are developed to shield the front element of the lens from scratches, as well as from airborne debris and dust, fluids and greasy fingerprints.

Since they are basically just distinct glass and not tinted, they do not supply any noticeable impact on the quantity of light getting into the lens, therefore will not have an effect on exposure times. The filters include a black matte aluminium satin finish Almite frame that lowers any reflections.

Digital multi-coated filters significantly decrease the visual aspect of lens flare and ghosting from reflections. These filters are constructed using black rimmed glass (BRG) to lower the possibility of light reflecting from the edge of the frame.
