A Hoya 62mm PRO ND8 ND Filter will allow you to use slower shutter speeds in order to record activity (motion blur) in moving subjects, you can even work with a wider aperture to isolate a subject from a background. A PROND filter employs a metallic ACCU-ND anti-reflection layer which may help you to to minimize flare or ghosting.

This Hoya ND Filter is a neutral density filter that contains a filter factor of 8, it has a 3 stop filter reduction and allows 12.5% of the available light to enter the lens. This enables the camera operator to work with longer exposures on bright sunny days.
