Hoya 58mm Pro ND1000 Filter

The Hoya 58mm Pro ND1000 Filter provides a light reduction of 10 stops and is used for reducing the amount of visible light to enable shooting in bright light. It enables slower shutter speeds and will decrease the overall depth of field.

Neutral density filters can be easily ignored by many photographers, yet they can offer the possibility to achieve results you just cant obtain without one. This type of ND filter lowers the light observed that reaches the lens, yet will have no effect on colour balance and tends to improve the overall contrast.

The optical glass and ACCU-ND Hoya coating is applied to both sides of the filter so there is no colour shift when you change from one density to another.
